Manhattan Bridge

from $55.00

Limited print run. The reverse of each print is stamped for authenticity and signed and numbered by the photographer.

Photographer’s Note: New York’s waterways are always busy with everything from private boats, ferries, coast guard, cruise ships and tankers, so catching this undisturbed stretch of the East River was a rare opportunity. The wobbly reflections of the city lights are in a sharper focus than the city scenery itself. This, paired with the glowing sky, creates a dreamy effect. The cloudy sky almost seems painted into this photograph.

The black and white version of this photo offers a classic view of the city that never sleeps. The hazy, cloudy sky is a little grainy which creates a timeless feel to the image.

The color version of this photo has tones and colors that radiate a warmth not usually associated with NYC.
