Photographer’s Note: So often the Brooklyn Bridge is presented in gray monotones. It is a beautiful and dramatic landmark in any color or weather, but its colors particularly pop on certain summer nights. The air might be sticky, but it’s worth lingering on the bridge to capture a shot like this. The light filtering through and reflecting off the clouds causes some parts of the sky to be a little bit grainy, but that only makes the crisp and colorful lines of the bridge pop even more.
